Summer is coming so we thought we should ready ourselves and club members for the upcoming BBQ season. Last week, fruit kebabs were on the menu for our FAB and Hang Out Clubs. Not only were they great fun to make, they were delicious too. We can’t be sure but think that probably twice the amount of fruit was consumed than finally ended up on the plate, so as with all good chefs a lot of tasting must have taken place. The chocolate dip, though entirely optional, for some reason proved very popular and was applied under the strict watchful eye of Simon!
