The girls from the Gardening Project would like to say a big ‘thank you’ to the Rotary Club of Farnham for their kind donation of £300 that will go towards the building of the Memory Garden, a special place for the young people to remember their loved ones & friends.

40 Degreez would like to thank the Barbara Ward Children’s Foundation for their support of the Health Hub & their grant of £5000. It is very much appreciated by all those who attend.

Back tonight! The Girls Self defence class makes a welcome return for the girls, who have missed the sessions. In November we safely returned working to the current guidelines in a non contact way. We worked on moves, exercises to enable a better mental health outlook, increase in self esteem & confidence in addition to gaining assertiveness, all at a social distance, that can be brought back in & used within the classes when physical contact is permitted. The classes have been adapted by Karyn & received well by the girls, unfortunately they were on hold in the New Year but tonight sees a full class return. Thank you for the support in funding this valuable activity for the girls, who thoroughly enjoy it.

40 Degreez is currently helping AdaptDementia have a home to run a memory support group, which has been greatly received & welcomed by its members & their carers.
